David is a Certified Energy Manager. A 1987 Graduate with a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, he has experience in the engineering, installation and the commisioning of major control projects, including chiller plant control, primary secondary pumping systems, variable primary pumping systems, cooling tower optimization, critical zone reset and thermal storage systems. He presently leads the existing facilities support service group providing total building solutions, scheduled maintenance services, controls, HVAC equipment upgrades and plumbing repairs and service.
